Fulfillment policy

Delos Space Corporation d/b/a Delos Insurance Solutions ("we,""us," or "our") is committed to providing our customers with transparent and straightforward information about our approach to our insurance policy transactions fulfillment process. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our practices and procedures related to delivery of insurance policy documents, insurance policy cancellations and insurance premium refunds for insurance policy cancellations.

Insurance Product Delivery Policy

Upon purchase of our insurance policy, the policy documents will be delivered electronically to the agent's email address which was provided during the purchase process, and made available to download from our Agent Portal. Delivery of policy documents will occur immediately after purchase confirmation.

Insurance Policy Cancellations Refund Policy

If a policyholder chooses to cancel their homeowner’s insurance policy before its renewal date, the insurance carrier will provide a pro-rata refund of the unearned portion of any premium paid, subject to the policy’s contract terms, as well as the following:

Insurance Product Return/Cancellation Policy

Agents (on behalf of policyholders) may cancel a policy at any time by contacting our customer service team ( Provide the policy number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation will be processed as soon as possible, and this may take up to 2 business days. Policies may be subject to automatic renewal. Policyholders wishing to cancel their policy before its renewal date must notify us at least 2 business days before the policy's renewal date. It's important to provide this advance notice in order to be able to request that the bank or credit card issuer not initiate a premium charge for renewing the policy. If payment for a policy renewal has already been initiated when we receive your request to cancel your policy, we will still honor the cancellation request, although it may take up to 30 days to process the refund of the renewal premium payment made before we received your notice of cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our products following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If there is any conflict between this fulfillment policy and the legal terms in your policy documents, your policy documents shall supercede this fulfillment policy.
